Solid brush core with a streaky dry fringe. Core Width and Fringe Width first. Drop it in and Line Art inks the whole scene from the active camera; set the first Line Art modifier's Source to a collection to limit it. Shadow-edge lines need a Sun as Light Object on that first Line Art modifier.
