This is a set of modern and contemporary architecture assets, mostly buildings and various associated structures from my personal projects. These objects are curated, lightweight (no unnecessary polygons) and editable (easy to modify), making them versatile and well-suited to your needs. I have been a professional CG artist for 20 years. I make quality assets, having clean and editable meshes, clean naming, centers, transforms and material slots. They all come with a variety of shaders and textures: concrete (raw, painted, clean or dirty), metal and glass.
