An emissive neon tube for curve-bevel signs: a near-white core, the saturated tube color and deeper edges, with Steady, Buzz or Failing flicker and an optional dead segment. In Cycles the tube is a light source that tints nearby objects; untick Diffuse and Glossy ray visibility on the object if that spill is not wanted.
