Draws the city street shared by CS_CityStreet, its object version and its world version. Wire its Color into an Emission or Background shader. A flat cartoon deco main street seen across the road: pastel shop buildings with cream copings and window grids, striped scalloped awnings over the shop windows, a sidewalk, the road with a lane line, iron lamp posts with globe lanterns and a hazy skyline of stepped towers behind. Time switches Morning, Golden and Night (the windows and lamps light up). No names or signs. Building and awning colors, Haze and Street Seed are inputs.
