A ready-made mannequin wearing the Optical Camo effect: thermoptic camouflage for any object: it turns into a rippling see-through bend of what is behind it, with a bright cyan outline that boils on twos and faint interference bands. Animate Reveal from 0 (solid) to 1 (camouflaged) to sweep it on with a glitchy sparkle line. Best in Cycles; in EEVEE turn on Raytracing in the render settings. The outline glows, so in Cycles it adds a little light nearby.
