Late 1800s vintage Paper Clutter Office Documents, crumbled and torn and looking as if the owner has decided that they are bound for the trash bin. The original image files that serve as the basis for the documents are slightly modified genuine 1880s public-domain documents that can be found in the American President Taft's (President 1909 to 1913) archives at the Library of Congress website.
