Matus Pavkeje
Matus Pavkeje is a game developer, VFX artist, and filmmaker with a portfolio spanning AAA games, feature films, music videos, and high-profile creative collaborations. He has contributed to major game titles at Hangar 13 such as TopSpin 2K25 and PGA Tour, and is the creator of independent games including Scrapvival and the upcoming Dry Grass, both available on Steam. In the film industry, Matus has delivered VFX for numerous productions, including Baby Blue (2023) written and shot by Adam Mason (Songbird, produced with Michael Bay) as well as the upcoming Shackled (2025). He has also collaborated with Film Riot, and provided VFX for Emmy Award-winning entrepreneur David McCourt on a yet-to-be-announced television project, as well as for the children's book Wonderfull Day for a Book, creating visuals for its musical segments. His music video work includes VFX and graphics for some of Slovakia's most prominent artists, including Rytmus, Separ, Sima, Kali, and Momo, with projects collectively reaching millions of views on YouTube. Previously, Matus worked as one of the main video editors and motion graphic animators at Vidadu. He has created multiple narrative short films, developed games from the ground up, and brought a distinct visual style and technical expertise to every project he touches.
