Yes. The models and materials have been tested in both Cycles and EEVEE. The images on the product page were rendered in Cycles.

The Remote Asset Library lets you browse the 12 purchased furniture assets in Blender's Asset Browser and download individual assets on demand after connecting to your Superhive Workstation URL. This workflow requires Blender 5.2 or later. The standard .blend, .fbx, .obj, and texture downloads remain available separately.

The downloads include .blend, .fbx, and .obj model files, plus TGA textures in 1K, 2K, and 4K resolutions. The Blender file is packed with the 2K textures.
