General advice:

Don't use Eevee for the neighbourhood files, only for the individual house files. The neighbourhood is too large for eevee and isnt set up there.

This is created in Blender 4.4 and works with future versions. I advice against using this in a version thats older than Blender 4.4 because some shaders or systems might not work

MODULAR SETUP

The modular grid of this project is 1.6x1.6x10m in Blender

To efficiently use this: Navigate to the SCENE tab, click UNITS and set UNIT SCALE to 10

Now you can move objects accurately on the grid and snap them in place (for example when you need to replace a door with a wall)

EEVEE BAKING, BRIGHTNESS AND CYCLES

After major edits to the lighting or structure of the house, a rebake is recommended to keep the lighting realistic and accurate.

Also a future version of Blender Eevee might read the data differently, resulting in a loss of lighting data. In this case a rebake is also needed.
