3D2Ai
Why does the output vary a lot or contradict my scene?
f the output varies too much, your prompt may be contradicting the data provided by the camera capture. In that case, try describing in more detail what you can see from the camera's perspective, then expand that with the detail you would like to see.
How do I get new features or model updates?
Download the latest release from the Superhive product page and install it over the existing add-on via **Edit → Preferences → Extensions → Install from Disk**. Your settings and dependencies are preserved. New models and LoRA adapters are delivered through the Dependencies panel inside Blender.
Are updates included after purchase?
Yes. The add-on is actively maintained. Updates add features requested by users and bring support for new open generation models as they are released.
Is 3D2AI a subscription?
No. 3D2AI is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees.
Why are my results blurry or low quality?
Confirm the **Resolution Factor** in the Generate panel is set appropriately for your needs. Also verify the LoRA adapter is installed and enabled — the `lora_enabled` checkbox defaults to on, but if it was accidentally disabled the model falls back to vanilla FLUX, which has not been trained on 3D scene structure and will produce noticeably weaker results.
Why is the Generate button inactive?
The add-on requires all six dependencies to show **Status: Installed** in the Dependencies panel before generation can start. Open the Dependencies panel and click **Install** if any component is missing or partially installed. If the backend binary cannot be found or verified after installation, the generate path will remain inactive.
If the output varies too much, your prompt may be contradicting the data provided by the camera capture. In that case, try describing in more detail what you can see from the camera's perspective, then expand that with the detail you would like to see.
How long does a generation usually take?
A Full HD generation on an RTX 4070 (12 GiB VRAM) typically completes in well under a minute. Larger resolutions, CPU-only mode, enabling Stream Layers, or lower VRAM will all increase runtime. Steps are fixed at a low count for the FLUX-based pipeline, so generation time is dominated by model loading and VAE decoding
Is 3D2AI meant for concepting or final production work?
Primarily concepting and look-dev. It is designed for testing mood, lighting, and composition early in a project. It is not a replacement for full Cycles or Eevee renders in final delivery pipelines that require exact physical accuracy, precise shaders, or deterministic output.
Do I need to know AI or Python to use it?
No. The entire interface lives in Blender's Render Properties panel. The minimum workflow is: set output path, type a prompt, click Generate. Advanced users can optionally hand-edit raw CLI arguments, but that is not required for normal use.
Who is 3D2AI for?
3D artists who work with blocked-out scenes and want to explore visual direction quickly: concept artists, look-dev artists, previs artists, environment artists, and anyone who wants to test how a scene reads before spending time on shading or a full render.
