This add-on is capable of storing the current enabled add-ons as a preset, which can be found under the presets tab and you can have any number of them to restore for example a hard surface workflow where you have three or four add-ons related to hard surface modeling or lighting, Etc.
You can also save preferences but we'll need to reload blender to see the changes.
You can quickly do a disabled on all user add-ons to clean up the side or enable everything.
The main addon looks like this and has controls in a well laid out fashion for ease of use
