  For a lazy ass like me this is a blessing in disguise. To set up image and mix nodes with alpha channels is just not the thing i like when i am texturing stuff , and i suck at it anyway. This addon makes me scenes look way better. it is extremely efficient and precise not to many menu dives . load image, do your tweaks like erosion , roughness etc and .. done !
  Makes an average model come to life by just smearing a few decals.

  Value for money , ease of use - full paisa vasool .

  Future wishlist- Stamp and commit . If possible instead of duplicating decals if we get the power to stampe the decals it might just maximize cognitive offloading for quick \ higher level tasks when you are not a sucker for detail

  This is a very well-made add-on. It's easy to learn and fast to use, allowing me to understand it quickly just by watching a short tutorial. The decal functionality is robust, offering detailed control over color, alpha, normal, roughness, and displacement maps. What's particularly impressive is that when the controller is removed, the decal seamlessly integrates as if it were natively mapped to the object. It's a lightweight yet powerful tool. Thank you.

  I own a few decal plugins. I purchased Stamp It when it first came out and I liked it because it didn't use shrink wrap. It was, however, very difficult to use. I also purchased Decal Master and this was much easier to use and far more feature packed. Decal Master now seems abandoned (like so many plugins) and so I have turned to Easy Decal. I have given it 5 stars because it is very simple to use and the results are excellent. There are some extra things that could be added but as it stands, it's very effective.

  After selecting an object, simply load the image you want to apply from the add-on panel and click on the object. It's incredibly easy.

  This is a non-destructive texture that can be edited even after the decal has been applied. Simply create a texture node for baking, prepare a new image, and bake it in Cycles to bake it into the texture.
  You can also add rubbing, opacity animation, and more. It's an intuitive and flexible tool.

  This tool makes texturing fun.

  Flawless & polished as always Alt Tab!

  Feels great, works how you'd expect and all the issues with Stamp It are non-existent here.
  The value in the upgrade is absolutelly there and this is a must have fun-to-use-texturing addon that simply WORKS. <3

  Great addon that can save a lot of time, also really easy to use overall.
  My only issue with this addon is that it absolutely shreds performance even in material preview mode, and baking is pretty much mandatory even for lighter scenes. Which is why I'd really like to see a one-click baking option in the addon itself in a future update (if that's possible).

  Works great for the Cycles engine and is super easy to use.

  As a user of the Cycles engine (a little) and Octane (a lot), I regret that this doesn't work on Octane, this type of plugin is rather rare for Octane.

  But otherwise, a very good add-on.
