An-2 Military

David Agababyan in Weapons & Armor

A green military AN-2 utility biplane for airfields, vehicle displays and exterior game scenes. The model includes the two wing planes, bracing wires and struts, radial-engine detail, four-blade propeller, fixed landing gear, round cabin windows and red-star / 09 markings.

The exterior is the focus. Cockpit detail is simplified and the blue glazing is an opaque reflective material. This is a static art asset: no flight controller, functional instruments, rig, animation, LODs or pilot character. The supplied aircraft is one complete asset with 248 separate mesh objects; those objects are components, not 248 independently usable products. One green livery is supplied.

The editable source uses mostly quads. Exchange files and the export Blender copy use the same fixed triangulation: 53,468 triangles. Materials use a metallic/roughness workflow with three Base Color images and constant surface parameters. No normal, displacement, AO or separate roughness texture is supplied. The Unity edition adds eight small constant Metallic/Smoothness maps that preserve those parameters; these are not additional painted detail maps.

Blender 5.0.1 is the native authoring version. FBX and OBJ/MTL are included for other DCC tools and engines; their generic material importers may require manual shader setup. Blender shader graphs are not universally transferred through FBX or OBJ. The Unity URP edition has its own assigned Lit materials, prefab and demo scene. Blender presentation images show the actual delivered geometry and source materials. Studio lights and the backdrop are not part of the aircraft.
