Render Engine?
EEVEE is highly recommended. EEVEE next to be more specific. Cycles support is included as well. But it will very GPU heavy.
Blender Version?
Recommended version is Blender 4.5 and above. Older version with EEVEE NEXT is supported. But users will miss out the performance boost in blender 4.5 LTS
Do the assets contains animation presets?
No. Instead I provided free WindFX addon which lets you to make your own foliage animations.
Does it Come with Scattering System?
No. It is only an asset library. You are encouraged to use 3rd party scatterer addons. Recommended addons are Geo Scatter or GScatter and Bagapie
