Download the .ZIP file and unpack it. Inside you will find an HTML file that you can open in your browser. From there you can easily access all the files, images and videos. It also includes all the documentation of the templates. Each template has a documentation inside the .blend as well.
Of course you can also browse the files directly, you might discover some hidden bonus in there.
