Installation

  1. Download the BlenderManager addon package
  2. Open Blender and go to Edit → Preferences → Add-ons

Quick Start

Using AI Commands

Access the AI chat panel in the 3D Viewport sidebar (press N). Type natural language commands like:

  • "Organize my scene by object type"
  • "Export selected objects as FBX"
  • "Apply wood texture to selected object"
  • "Set pivot to bottom center"

Using Custom Commands

Open the Custom Commands panel for quick access to all features through autocomplete suggestions and direct execution.

Note: Some features require dependencies (requests, opencv-python, numpy). Use the included dependency installer to set these up automatically.

AI Provider Setup

Ollama (Local)

  • Install Ollama from ollama.ai
  • Download models: ollama pull llama2
  • The addon can start/stop Ollama service automatically
