URBAN 3D ASSETS FOR CITY ENVIRONMENT CREATION

Chicago Urban Kitbash is a collection of highly detailed 3D models of Chicago city buildings for use in 3ds Max, Blender, Maya and other 3D software. It ranges from skyscrapers to brownstones and includes recognizable landmarks: the John Hancock Center, Onterie Center and Marina City.

Alongside the towers come a modular street system, storefront buildings and apartment buildings, giving you the flexibility to assemble a wide range of urban scenes from one set of urban architectural models.

Possible applications: urban game environments, city streets and building compositions, cinematic environments, architectural visualization, contemporary city scenes and background environments for animation. These are creative directions, not pre-built scenes.

Please note: materials and textures are not included in this collection.

A separate collection of 150 hand-modeled rooftop props, including HVAC units, chillers, water tanks, satellite dishes, antennas, helipads, solar panels and roof structures. Models are built at real-world scale with clean UVs and 4K PBR textures (59 PBR materials).

Why it pairs with Chicago Urban Kitbash: the Chicago collection supplies buildings and streets, while Rooftop Kitbash supplies equipment and details that can sit on top of them, adding believable detail to the tops of the structures in your city scene. Rooftop Kitbash also comes with its own textures, which Chicago Urban Kitbash does not.
