To import into your scene go to File>Append, navigate to .blend file folder, open the file and navigate to the BedCollection folder, then double-click on it to append the model to your scene.

Or you can select it and copy it using CTRL+C and in your scene pressing CTRL+V.

Please note that this scene contains textures that may not be redistributed.
