Cliff Cooker
- Added Blender 5 support
- Added manifest file to comply with latest plugin architecture
- New version of Cliff Cooker with upgraded and optimized fracture logic
- Added 4 types of materials which work with the latest fracture module
New parameters available:
Material Style
Fracture Rocks
Rock Scale Variation
Rock Rotation Variation
Rock Scale Multiplier
These can be found in the documentation for an outline on what they do
This came with a restructuring of the geometry node panel
2 ice materials available
“Style” was renamed to detail style to reflect its focus on performance and level of detail
The network was reordered and optimized
The cliff generation now gives more random results so that you may create multiple shapes from the same base mesh
The “Custom Base” option in the “Base Mesh” menu now uses the mesh of the object Cliff Cooker was applied to.
Meaning you no longer have to link a custom mesh into the network by creating it separately, and can instead apply cliff cooker directly to meshes you want to be cliffs.
Scattered rock meshes now update level of detail based on “Style” parameter selected to improve performance in “Stylized” setting
Vertical Slices now have a larger effect on the outcome of the mesh
Hollow Mesh boolean added to the parameters to allow users to choose between having their mesh filled in by the base mesh or not.
This is to help choose between wanting deeper fractures or a more solid mesh
Example base mesh scale reduced because it was needlessly enormous
