  I finished the first course in about a week and a half, studying for roughly an hour a day after work whenever I had the time. I was a complete beginner when I started, but I was able to complete the entire course.

  I especially liked how well structured the lessons were and how the instructor explained everything calmly without rushing. Even the most basic concepts were covered, which gradually helped me understand not only the individual tools but also the modeling process as a whole.

  Sometimes I would get stuck for quite a while, even on a short video. Most of the time, the problem turned out to be a failed Extrude operation that I had forgotten to undo or a step that I had missed. Rewatching the lesson usually helped me find the mistake and continue.

  Overall, I really enjoyed the course. The material is clear, well organized, and very suitable for beginners. I will definitely continue with the next courses.

  I'm so glad you are enjoying the courses and progressing. Way to go you! Congrats on completing the first course and the first step in your journey. Good job working through the sticky points. Making those discoveries can be some of the best learning tools.

  Trouble getting started. First, there's no syllabus in the download that shows the order. I sorta fixed this with some work, but the first video that I could follow along in (FOM-v52-C01L02) showed things (e.g. collection 'Nothing' that I could not create - and creatin items did not do for ME in 5.2 the behavior the presenter was showing. Maybe he didn't want me to learn by doing - he just wanted me to memorize what he was saying. It's been a month since I downloaded this - maybe I should try again. NOT FOR A BEGINNER THOUGH!

  Hey Richard. I feel that frustration. Beginning Blender or anything new can be overwhelming and while we provide everything in this epic bundle, everything can seem like a LOT.

  Great idea on the syllabus. We had a README file in there with the course order, but since reading your response here, we updated that to more closely reflect a syllabus with more guidance. We also renamed the file downloads to make it even easier to identify everything.

  I'm really encouraged to hear that you are considering trying again. I hope you do. If we could have a nickel for every time any of us started Blender, then closed it, then started again...

  We truly believe in teaching the why above the how. We want you to learn concepts ("Nothing" is one of them here) and be able to apply those evergreen lessons in your own work. We don't want you to just click what we click and copy each move, but absorb why you are doing those things and carry that forward to the next lesson.
