Formats and compatibility
The package is Blender-first and was verified in Blender 4.5.4 LTS. Delivery includes standalone BLEND, FBX and OBJ with MTL, shared PNG textures and a Blender Asset Library.
BLEND and the Blender Asset Library retain supported Blender Light objects and hierarchy helpers. FBX and OBJ retain visible lamp/emitter geometry but not Blender Light objects or helper Empties. Recreate engine-native lighting after import when functional lighting is needed outside Blender.
Important boundaries
Roads, sidewalks, complete street infrastructure, dedicated collision meshes, ready-made Godot, Unity or Unreal prefabs, engine setup, complete playable interiors, the Weathering/Graffiti Addon and unnamed future content are not included.
Support
Product documentation is included with the download. The supplied Documentation/LICENSE.txt contains the current support contact and the marketplace license takes priority where its terms differ from the included practical license summary.
