Can I use this in commercial work?

What resolution are the materials?

There are 4k and 1k options for each material.

Are these procedural materials?

They are image based materials with procedural elements. Most materials you can adjust the color, scale, bump, roughness, or displacement. 

Are these compatible with other render engines?

They are PBR based. If you unpacked the files you could recreate them in other render engines, but it would be laborious. 

Will there be future updates?

Yes, as long as the product sells, I will continue to provide free updates.

Is this compatible with Cycles and Eevee?

Yes. Eevee doesn't fully support displacement, so that feature will be missing on materials.
