License for Creature Kitbash

This license is a combination of the General Public License (GPL) for the source code of the addon, and a Royalty Free License for the pre-made assets included within the addon.

Creature Kitbash ("the Addon") is developed by Dragonboots Studios ("the Author").

Part I: General Public License (GPL)

The source code of the Addon is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 3 or later, as published by the Free Software Foundation. A copy of the GPL license can be found at https://www.blendermarket.com/page/gpl-license or in the accompanying LICENSE.txt file.

You may freely use, study, share, and modify the source code of the Addon, provided that you comply with the terms and conditions of the GPL license.

You are required to distribute any modified version of the Addon's source code under the same GPL license. You must also make the modified source code available to the public, together with any build and installation instructions necessary for the user to obtain a working version of the modified Addon.

If you distribute the Addon or a modified version thereof, you must provide proper attribution to the original Author.

Part II: Royalty Free License

The pre-made assets included within the Addon ("the Assets") are licensed under a Royalty Free License, as specified at https://www.blendermarket.com/page/royalty-free-license.

You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to use the Assets in any number of personal or commercial projects.

You may modify, combine, or integrate the Assets into your own projects, provided that the Assets are not sold, licensed, or redistributed as standalone assets, or as part of an asset pack, library, or collection.

The Assets may not be sublicensed, resold, shared, or transferred to third parties, except as part of a derivative work where the Assets are integrated into a project and not the primary focus or value of the project.

You are not required to pay any royalties or additional fees for the use of the Assets, provided you comply with the terms and conditions of this Royalty Free License.

The Author retains all copyright and ownership of the Assets. By using the Assets, you acknowledge and agree that the Author is not responsible for any damages, claims, or liabilities arising from the use of the Assets.

By using Creature Kitbash, you agree to the terms and conditions of this License. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use the Addon.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia to resolve any disputes arising out of or relating to this License.

Severability

If any provision of this License is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Author with respect to the use of the Addon and Assets and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding the subject matter of this License.

Changes to the License

The Author reserves the right to modify this License at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes to the License will be posted on the Addon's website or distribution platform, and it is your responsibility to review the License periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Addon and Assets following the posting of changes to the License constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted in this License are reserved by the Author. No additional rights, licenses, or permissions are granted under this License, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the Author.

Termination

This License is effective until terminated. When using the Addon or Assets in your projects, you must provide proper attribution to the original Author, as required by the GPL and Royalty Free License.
