  YO ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!? This add-on is SOLID!!! Looks GREAT in Both Evee and Cycles! Easy parameter controls and exactly what I needed for my post-apocalyptic city scene. Textures are fine, with or without leaves, looks good close up and from afar. Can be used for both stylized/anime or realism environments. The first rating had me hesitant to buy, but I'm glad I did. I bought his other one too. Worth it. Easy. Simple. Nothing wrong with it. Good buy.

  Issues.
  Not enough detail to use in close-ups.
  Too many polygons for long shots.
  The quality of the material varies, and it still does not stand up to close-ups.
  When objects are copied and used, “leaves” are not displayed.
  Flat shade-like shading is present on damaged areas of wall surfaces and cross sections.
  Textures on one side of the rubble are not displayed.

  Requests
  It would be useful if objects could be made into add-ons or used in the asset library instead of being copied and used.

  The destroyed atmosphere is a nice touch, so I look forward to future updates.
