I'm trying to select a hierarchy of objects, but not the entire hierarchy is selected
The chain of selected objects may break on an object that is hidden.
I select object collection, but it will select objects also outside collection
Most likely, the object belongs to several collections.
Also check in Outliner > Orphan Data to see if there is a collection that has been deleted but remains in memory. Remove it.
