Build recognizable Eastern European panel apartment buildings for city scenes, architectural visualization, animation and background environments. This native Blender project includes a procedural building generator and 12 editable examples.

Shape the building: control floors, entrances, section width, window bays and floor height. Add section offsets, entrance projections and optional technical levels.

Develop the facade: choose front and rear balcony patterns, vary blank columns and color patches, and add grilles, side windows, house numbers, air conditioners and satellite dishes.

Finish the roof: adjust roof access structures, ventilation, antennas, ladders and color palettes.

Explore variations: use Building Seed for overall layout, Variation Seed for facade details, and Window Lights Seed for lit-window patterns. You can also set the amount and brightness of lit windows.

Customize the facade colors: adjust the material colors in Blender to create your own combinations of concrete panels and facade accents.

Create your own interior variations: replace the included interior images with your own to change the rooms visible through the building’s windows.

The file includes the generator, 12 editable building examples and the image textures used by the project.

Requirements: Blender 5.0 or newer is intended. The file was saved in Blender 5.2. Blender 5.0 opens it with a warning that it was written by a newer Blender version. The generator works in Eevee and Cycles. Use Cycles for the intended appearance of some procedural textures.
