# Easy Axis Documentation

Welcome to Easy Axis

Easy Axis is designed to make Origin (Pivot) placement fast, accurate and intuitive inside Blender.

Instead of manually moving the 3D Cursor, changing the Origin and repeating the same workflow over and over, Easy Axis lets you perform these operations in a single click.

# Position Grid

The 3×3 Position Grid allows you to place the Origin at nine common positions.

↖ Top Left

↑ Top Center

↗ Top Right

← Middle Left

● Center

→ Middle Right

↙ Bottom Left

↓ Bottom Center

↘ Bottom Right

The position is calculated according to the currently selected Position Mode.

# Position Modes

## Bounding Box

Places the Origin relative to the object's Bounding Box.

Ideal for general modeling and animation.

## Geometry

Calculates the Origin from the actual mesh geometry instead of the Bounding Box.

Perfect for irregular objects where the Bounding Box contains empty space.

## Selection

Works directly from the selected vertices, edges or faces.

Perfect while modeling without leaving Edit Mode.

# Utility Tools

### Center Axis To

Moves the Origin to the object's center.

### Center Object To

Moves the object to the current Origin.

---

### Center Parent To

Moves the Parent to the object's center.

---

### Center To Parent

Moves the object to the Parent location.

---

### Reset PSR

Resets Position, Rotation and Scale.

---

# View-Aware Positioning

Easy Axis automatically adapts to the active viewport.

Supported views include:

• Front

• Back

• Left

• Right

• Top

• Bottom

• Camera

• User Perspective

No manual setup is required.
