  is there a way to pin a Vertex Group to prevent the object from falling?

  Hi AxelBLack, sorry for the late response. To answer your question, yes you can. This addon is possible with the use of cloth simulation in Blender. So you just have to go in the Physics tab→Cloth→Shape and there in the Pin Group parameter, you could add your vertex group. Thank you for your question, if you have any other concerns, message me.   Don't buy this, this is like a minimum effort script from some generator that changes some settings, not worth it at all.
