  me rembolsaste el dinero, y volvi a comprar este asset pack. y me encanto mucho, solo tenia que pasar de la vercion de blender 3.4, ala version 3.6.0 me encanto veo que si esta optimisado, ahora si lo podre usar con asset neon y estos edificios. gracias hermano por su buen trabajo, yo que soy principiante con estos edificios no tengo que ni aprender a modelar con esto es suficiente, ;) saludos me gusto mucho,

  I was searching for something like this, i am building a small part of my city in blender, with blosm and you did exactly what i needed, Thank you soo much! i engourage the others to buy this asset, very cheap, very effective and the perfomance is great!

  Love it! The performance was extremely fast when I used all buildings and assets in the same scene....thanks a bunch. I had no issues with my lower performance machine and the quality of buildings look fantastic. This is also loaded with little tricks and resources for me to learn how to design my own performance friendly assets too. Very happy customer.

  A good arsenal of buildings and assets. Essential for quickly creating a city. Since it's modular, you can easily create variations of buildings. The textures aren't very high quality because they're images from Google Maps. You can even read "2023 Google" on some of them. It's not a problem if you don't get the camera too close. You might see the same shops repeated with the same texture on different buildings. Also, some names are reversed because the textures are inverted, so you'll need to flip them in the UV editor. Anyway, it's a good pack for the price, and I recommend it.

  Note: Building #20 has transparent walls (in Eevee) because the texture has camera back-culling enabled. Disabling it in the material options solves the problem.
