Where can I find the properties of each lightning?

Select the lightning ("LightningMesh") and open the sidebar in the 3D viewport with "N". Under Item --> Properties you will find all the variables you can play around with.

Where can I find the addon?

Open the sidebar in the 3D viewport with "N". There should be a tab in the vertical bar called "Electrify".

How can I install the .zip-file?

After you have opened Blender, go to Edit --> Preferences --> Add-ons --> Install --> Select the .zip-folder --> Check the checkbox of the addon. Done!
