  To be clear, these do not animate. I saw static, but thought it was a naming structure at the end of a file. Having contacted the creator, the response pointed the finger at me for my confusion which hasn't left me very happy. The product works, they look good, but I had an issue and was made to feel like it was my fault for being confused. If it said clearly, 'these are not animated', I wouldn't have bought it.

  Hello, in your rating, you clearly mentioned, "I saw static, but thought it was a naming structure at the end of a file." This means you saw our clear indication on the product page that the assets are static. We also did not state anywhere that these assets are animated.

  We have fulfilled our responsibility to explain the product on the product page, and you did see our explanation. However, you criticized us based on your thought that "it was a naming structure at the end of a file," which we find unreasonable.

  I believe we only need to clearly state the nature of the assets and do not need to list everything they are not.

  All assets in the ZIP folder named by static.
  Not in the title of this AddOn. WHY?
  The Quality of rendered FX are really great. But are not animated.

  Lol they are statics, just because you didn't mention they are not animated doesn't mean everyone SHOULD know they are not animated... You should state SPECIFICALLY "THESE ASSETS ARE NOT ANIMATED", what a trap...

  I bought the product. When I read the title I assumed that the assets were animated. But they are not and are only static. It is not what I expected and I've basically wasted my money. You should include 'static' in the product title - and there is no FAQ.
