Why my iris is reflective like a mirror???
You're most likely in material preview! Blender can't show transmission in Material Preview, Hold Z and go to rendered mode.
Why can't i see the iris in EEVEE?
You should enable Ray tracing in the render settings (While using eevee)
Can the sclera (white part) of the eyeball be changed to a different color?
Yes, to any color you want :)
Can you turn off Veins completely?
Yes, You can fully turn them off or tone down the opacity

Does this add-on work with other render engines like octane render?
No, It works with Cycles and Eevee and since other engines uses different type of shaders it doesn't work on them.
Can you Change the color of the iris and pupil?
Iris yes, To any color you want but pupil is only black
Can the Iris and pupil both be removed?
No, You can manually removed them from edit mode
Can you animate the iris/pupil size and other things?
Yes, you can animate all the movements in the eye from the shape keys, but not from the addon itself.
