Face Creator
The add-on also works on Linux Ubuntu-based Zorin OS 17.3.
I asked the plugin developer for help, and he replied immediately and provided a patch called install_dependencies.zip, which I installed in Blender as a regular add-on. In the next step, in the ‘Preferences’ > ‘Add-ons’ window, I found this patch-addon, pressed the ‘Install Dependencies’ button, which automatically installed the dependencies ‘pip, numpy, cv2, mediapipe, matplotlib, packaging, Pillow’ in the required versions. Then I restarted Blender to load the dependencies and installed the main add-on ‘Face Creator Windows.zip’ (Blender did not block the installation despite a different target platform, unlike the ‘Face Creator macos-arm64.zip’ package, where the installation crashes and the add-on does not appear at all in Linux). I tested it with Blender versions 4.3.2 and 4.5.1 LTS, and it WORKS on both!
