The FaceCap Pro addon works with rigs created using the Auto-Rig Pro addon. If you don’t yet have a rig made with Auto-Rig Pro, you can download a free sample rig provided by them at this link

After installing the addon, make sure to install the required libraries by clicking the "Install Dependencies" button. Once the installation is complete, you must restart Blender. The addon will be ready to use after the restart.
