Can I assign hotkeys?

Yes, just right click on the button and assign your desired hotkey.

Does the addon also work with inches (Imperial system)?

Yes, if you set Blender to be by default on the Imperial measurement system, the values will automatically convert on the UI.

But my mesh doesn't snap exactly on the grid...

In Snap mode (the magnet), select Increment and turn on 'Absolute Grid Snap'. This will make any mesh, vertex, face, edge to snap exactly as seen on the grid whenever moved.

The .zip doesn't install in Blender

Please un-zip the archive and install the .py script.
