To place the model in you scene do append and choose the candlestick group from the file. Modifiers like subdivision surface are not applied, so you are free to edit them. Everything is in layer 1. Model scale is 1m = 1BU Use the arrow empties to adjust the candles height. Grab the candlestick to move the entire group in you scene.
