How to install?
1. Go to Edit>Preferences>Addons
2. Click the "Install.." button and select the .zip file
How to make Shade Auto Smooth work?
Due to curve shading being weird, the easiest way to auto-smooth the hair is to convert it to mesh and then select the Shade Auto Smooth option.
Another way is to crank up the curve shading resolution, but it doesn't solve the problem, only makes it a bit less visible.
