It's a modular set for recreating Japanese traditional folk houses with an interior, exterior and props. This type of buildings is called Minka (民家).

The textures includes Diffuse Map, Metallic Roughness Occlusion Packed in the rgb channels, Normal Map directx(you have to flip the green channel when using opengl). The pack includes .blend .fbx, .obj files and a folder with all the textures. Screenshots rendered with Blender Cycles.
