"How do you import the Light Skipper to a different .blend file?"
You can import the Light Skipper file to another .blend file by using the "Append" feature:
Select File> Append> Navigate to where you stored the Light Skipper - Team Blue .blend file, and select Collections. Select the "Light Skipper Ship TeamBlue (LSBlue)" collection.
