  I tried it out right away and thought it was a very good add-on, despite its simplicity.

  It doesn't currently support multiple splits, but they plan to add that feature in the future, which I'm really looking forward to! 🙂

  it is a good and simple tool, it does what it says on the tin. One functionality thats really lacking is scrolling to add multiple cuts. Once that functionality is added it could easily replace the standard tool. One more feature i think could be nice would be to be able to snap to percentual increments along the edge like in Maya. (Also minor thing i'd like to be able to change the debug dots and active dot color to fit my color scheme better)

  It probably would work if I had 5.1?? Unfortunately, I am running. 5.0.0, and will not be upgrading anytime soon. Is there a legacy file you can upload? It takes a lot now a days to setup blender each time.

  Loop Cut Pro is powered by geometry nodes under the hood and the newest features available in Blender 5.1 are needed to be able to run as an operator, that's why it won't work on an earlier version. So unfortunately the update is necessary.
