Here's a simple 3d model of a low-profile, desk... however still with some details!

It's hand made: I build it in my office! ;-)

The model comes with the full scene (w/ illumination and render settings) as long as texture and materials (textures are packed in the .blend file; some are taken from the free section of www.poliigon.com). Meshes are organized in collections and settings are easily editable.

This file could be useful to set up your product visualization as well.
