Make sure Blender  version is 3.5.0 - 5.0.0
Versions below 3.5.0 are not tested but it should work fine.


Installation

Download the Material Tools.zip file
Open Blender
Go to Edit > Preferences > Extensions (or Add-ons in older versions).
Click Install from Disk and select the downloaded Material Tools.zip file.
Enable the add-on by checking the box next to Material Tools.
Save the preferences and close the tab.


Usage

Press Shift + Alt + F to open the pie menu anywhere in the 3D Viewport.
You can change the shortcut for the pie menu in the preferences of the add-on's tab.
