Some of these objects are so small that my camera is clipping when I get too close! What do I do?

You can change the Camera's clipping distance under Object Data Properties. 0.01m should be enough.

How do I prevent my viewport from clipping?

Press N to bring up the sidepanel in the viewport, go to the View tab and set Clip Start to 0.001m.
