    Great example of how to optimize a scene in eevee, works well also with an old computer with GTX 770! Very well done scene complete with furniture, very nice lighting (also night mode), happy with the purchase. I also recommend for those taking their first steps in archviz as me, study how it is done this scene and you will save a lot of time ;-)
