  At first node preview wasn't working as intended so I looked back at a previous blend file to see what was going on, but given enough time to mess around with it and it updated as intended. I believe this happened because blender needed a chance to update what it would preview. a solid add-on that i honestly can't work nearly as well without it.

  If you're working on a not top shelf GPU or you're feeling the need to constantly solo your texture nodes to understand what is going on, I can recommend Node Preview 100%.
  Its light, easy to use and accurate. It should be a native feature for all node based shading systems.

  I have 3 overall minor suggestions;
  - If, Thumbnail Scale slider would be on the Shader Editor's "N Panel" instead of preferences panel, it might be more easy to use.
  - "Z axis offset slider" for thumbnails could be nice too. Maybe between 0-50.
  - Having thumbnails in the Geometry Node Editor would be super cool. I don't have a complete understanding on how Geometry Nodes are processed so can't tell if its possible or not, but if we could have a thumbnail on top of texture nodes only just like we got on Shader editor it would help a ton. Just on "flat plane" would be enough.

  The Addon is just Amazing!!!
  It's Light Weight, Displays the Thumbnails instantly, You Can Toggle Between the Display Modes, Change the Displayed Output of the Nodes and Toggle On/Off Every Single Thumbnail Individually!!!
  And the Highlight: the New Updated Version Works Perfectly with Blender 5.0!!!
  I can't recommand it enough!!!

  Some plugins need to be native to Blender. This one is it!

  Only drawback is that every now and then the preview doesn't show up. Haven't discovered why that is, but I still highly recommend this plugin.

  Thank you for quickly fixing the issue with previews not showing in Blender 3.3 under some circumstances. The addon is fantastic and works perfectly now. Excellent support!

  I don't know how I can operate without this add-on from now on! It comes in handy more times than you would even expect!
