Yes! Just head over to the addon preferences and in the "Shortcuts" section you can choose which shortcuts to use. But make sure that the ones you choose aren't already used by Blender!

Not really. But what you can do is take the node groups you want to copy and put them all in a new node group and simply copy and paste that into your desired files, and now you'll have all the node groups in the new file.
