  I have this addon some time already. It is not perfect yet but on the whole I love it, looking forward to see further improvements.

  Based on 0.8 Beta: Absolutely incredible add-on. I'd give it 5 stars, but it's a little buggy as to be expected and definitely requires a decent understanding of Geometry Nodes.   A really cool feature is the ability to save whatever you've created to instantly recall it. I sincerely hope the entire True-VFX suite continues to develop, it's really transformative for Blender in terms of landscape creation. Check out True Terrain as well, it's really really fun.

  I'd REALLY love it if Nodescapes gets more preset landscape forms!

  Hi there,

  Sorry to hear you're having issues. Have you tried installing version 0.8 and enabling the multi-thread engine in the user preferences as shown in the Tutorials?

  This review is based on 0.7.1

  So far I'm amazed at what this product can do, and how fast it does it. The support provided on their Discord channel is top-notch. In a matter of minutes, and with their help and feedback, I've been able to achieve things I've always wanted to do with A.N.T. but never could.

  I can already tell this is going to unlock endless possibilities, and I am beyond thrilled with the product! This is going to take the creation of landscape meshes to a whole new level.

  It's worth noting I am a casual Blender user and by no means an expert; I only use Blender to get the results I need in Unity. So if it's this easy for me I can only image what Pros will be able to do.

  Is a good addon but needs more "simulation filters", a way to paint masks (masks can be used to define, for example, the shape of a mountain or river) and transformation nodes (scale, rotate, move).
  Another thing that needs to be fixed are the bugs and unexpected crashes.

  Feedback based on 0.6 beta release

  This is an amazing add-on. Why?
  Because for a super early release (0.6) the functionality is already huge.
  The developers work their a...s off to include new stuff by the hour and interact constantly with their community (Tip: Join their discord server - replies usually are provided within minutes).
  I bought in early because I see the potential of this add-on, got it cheaper and products from people that have done True Terrain will get my vote (and money) any time.

  Disclaimer: Right now it is strictly node-based and the amount of "One-Click" presets is limited, but being a Node-Noob myself, I can tell you, that if you give it a chance, you will spend hours, fiddling with settings and nodes and create unbelievable geometry for your landscapes.

  This review is based on the 0.6 beta release.

  First of all the developers are really on top of their support game. I can only speak for my own experience but when ever I asked or suggested something on discord I got an answer pretty quickly. Email took them maybe a day to get back to me which is totally fine imho.

  The recent update pushed the speed on certain nodes by alot and they constantly add/improve more functions every week/month.

  Gaea like magic in blender (not quite yet but I'am sure they will deliver!)
  In combination with True Terrain a must have if you're into environment creation with nodes :)

  The product is not that bad, but there is no feedback, when you asked anything to the creator. Sorry, that's a no go for me
