  I have been using this add-on extensively and it has been extremely useful in my workflow. Among the many outline tools based on the Solidify modifier, this one is honestly one of the most powerful and convenient I have used.

  However, in newer versions of Blender (such as 5.0), the add-on began to produce an error due to changes in the Blender API. When I checked the error message, it appeared that the issue was related to the line:

  material.shadow_method = 'NONE'

  Since this property seems to no longer exist or behave the same way in newer Blender versions, it causes an error when the add-on runs.

  After investigating the error message, I tried replacing that line with a small compatibility check:

  if hasattr(material, "shadow_method"):
  material.shadow_method = 'NONE'

  After editing the .py file and making this change, the add-on started working again in my Blender 5.0 environment.

  Of course, this is only a small compatibility workaround on my side, and there may be more appropriate ways to update the add-on for newer Blender versions. However, I wanted to share this in case it is helpful, since even a small adjustment like this allowed the add-on to function again in my setup.

  I still use this add-on regularly because it is one of the best Solidify-based outline tools available. I would really appreciate it if the add-on could be updated for newer Blender versions in the future.

  Thank you so much for your feedback!
  Yes, the addon hasn't yet been tested and updated to version 5.0, but the update is planned.
  All my addons at this time are still only compatible with version 4.x, but over the next few months, they will gradually be updated one by one to be fully compatible with version 5.x, at least until the next LTS.
  Please be patient the addon will definitely be updated :-)
