Setup

Patchwork is a Blender extension. Install the .zip through Edit > Preferences > Add-ons / Get Extensions > Install from Disk and enable it. Open a Shader Editor, select a material and press N to find the Patchwork tab in the sidebar.

Applying Patchwork
01
Open the material's main node tree in the Shader Editor — not inside a group.
02
Optionally select the Image Texture nodes you want to treat. Leave nothing selected to wrap every unwrapped texture in the material.
03
In the Patchwork N-panel, click Apply to Material. Your textures move into a single Patchwork group node.
04
To treat many materials at once, select the objects and click Apply to All Materials.
Choosing a pattern

Once a material is wrapped, the Texture-Pattern dropdown at the top of the N-panel sets the cell shape: Voronoi, Noise, Gabor, Blocks or Rings. Switch freely — the change applies to that material's wrapper live, no re-apply needed.

Tuning the blend

Select the Patchwork group node to reach its inputs. Cell Scale sets how many cells cover the UV, Random Rotation and Random Offset vary each cell, Noise Strength and Noise Detail break up the borders and Border Width with Edge Softness controls the transition. Set Bypass to 1 for a raw-texture A/B against the anti-tiled result.

Removing Patchwork

Remove from Material dissolves the wrapper and restores your original Image Texture nodes in the main tree. Remove from All Materials clears every Patchwork group in the file and deletes the shared transform group when nothing else needs it.
