Just open blender and put the prefer models into your scene by clicking File -Append - and then go to your downloaded folder.
For better organization the models are put in three different collections. Collection Branch Barn Owl | High Poly - Levels of Detail 0 has the more detailed models in it and the collection Branch Barn Owl | Low Poly - Levels of Detail 2 has the polygon light owl models.
